Kelly Young began his journey in the trades at the age of 16, working alongside his father and grandfather, both veterans of the heating industry since 1950. In 1997, at the age of 20, Kelly formally entered the plumbing trade, marking 27 years of experience in the industry as of 2024.
Throughout his career, Kelly has worked in all facets of the mechanical contracting industry, including industrial applications, service work, boilers, and controls. He has also held key leadership roles such as estimator, service manager, and managing partner. Driven by a passion for innovation and excellence, Kelly decided to take the leap in 2017, founding Fountainhead Mechanical with his business partner, Bob Henry. Since its inception, Fountainhead Mechanical has become known for its innovative and technologically advanced approach, setting new standards in the mechanical contracting industry.

Teresa started accounting for a plumbing company in 1987 working in a small family bookkeeping business. By the year 2000 it had become apparent that Teresa had found her people. With brief forays into Private Equity and Restaurants, she solidified her belief that the future lays in the mechanical trades.
Joining Fountainhead Mechanical in 2021 was one of the best career decisions Teresa has ever made. Being part of a small startup company that has become an industry leader has been invigorating. Bringing the office chaos under order is a daily challenge, akin to herding cats.
Teresa has a solid foundation in bookkeeping and payroll and has now expanded into office management.
