Kelly Young began his journey in the trades at the age of 16, working alongside his father and grandfather, both veterans of the heating industry since 1950. In 1997, at the age of 20, Kelly formally entered the plumbing trade, marking 27 years of experience in the industry as of 2024.
Throughout his career, Kelly has worked in all facets of the mechanical contracting industry, including industrial applications, service work, boilers, and controls. He has also held key leadership roles such as estimator, service manager, and managing partner. Driven by a passion for innovation and excellence, Kelly decided to take the leap in 2017, founding Fountainhead Mechanical with his business partner, Bob Henry. Since its inception, Fountainhead Mechanical has become known for its innovative and technologically advanced approach, setting new standards in the mechanical contracting industry.

Outside of work, Mark is passionate about intarsia woodworking, camping, and traveling, finding inspiration and relaxation in his creative pursuits and outdoor adventures.
Duncan began his plumbing career in 2012. Starting, as many do, in the trenches of commercial construction. Working in an industry that demands versatility, he quickly learned to wear many hats, gaining experience across a wide range of plumbing and heating disciplines, from installation to troubleshooting complex systems.
Through hands-on problem solving, ongoing training, and a natural aptitude for mechanical systems, he specialized as a boiler service technician. He became known not only for his technical skill, but also for his ability to clearly explain issues and deliver practical, long-term solutions.
Today, Duncan is Fountainhead Mechanical’s account manager who pairs his field experience with a strong client-focused approach. His technical background allows him to understand challenges, anticipate needs, and offer reliable guidance. Whether coordinating meetings, advising on system improvements, or helping navigate unexpected issues, Duncan remains committed to supporting clients with the same dedication that has defined his career.
Adam began his apprenticeship in 2003 and holds credentials as a journeyman plumber, class A gasfitter, and HVAC/R mechanic, bringing over 20 years of experience in residential, multi-residential, commercial, and industrial mechanical service. He specializes in condominium mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and major boiler and refrigeration equipment, and is factory-trained by multiple boiler and refrigeration manufacturers. With a background as a mechanical foreman on large construction projects, Adam brings a strong understanding of both system installation and long-term performance, with a focus on safety, reliability, and attention to detail through quality control.
He plays a key role in streamlining and modernizing operations, managing and evolving Fountainhead’s preventive maintenance program, and leading the development of Fountainhead’s flagship all-inclusive maintenance product, SIMPLR.
