Today my coworker (Chris) and I had the pleasure of installing a new Vitotronic 300 on a existing multi-boiler system. This was the first time Chris has had this opportunity. 

With lots of wiring to keep both of us busy, it gave me the opportunity to train him on programming the controller, installing Lon communications wiring, troubleshooting connection errors, and setting up our heating curve. Chris informs me that he is happy that his skills continue to grow with us. I am happy to be a part in seeing our younger and much taller technicians grow into highly skilled journeypersons.
